MEDICAL HEIGHTS PHYSICIAN OFFICES

Each of the five office designs was a fit-up of part of an existing area in the Medical Heights complex near the Frankfort Regional Medical Center. They were programmed individually over a period of two years, and each was developed by closely working with the users (doctors) to achieve maximum benefit from the purchased area. Because the disciplines were so different, each facility has distinctive characteristics which reflect the personality of the Owner’s as well as the functional aspects of the practice. One office scheme (OB-GYN) was not executed because the doctor purchased space elsewhere, and the remaining four still function quite well. Additionally, another group of internal medicine specialists (Strunk, Jackson & Pollack) in the complex engaged our office to help them develop a program for expansion, or a complete new facility.
